CONS: 1. Did not get good results even though I’m the ideal candidate and was diligent with my treatments. 2. PAINFUL. I’ve had laser hair removal services that were comparable and didn’t take as long. 3. The treatments aren’t as quick as advertised. You have to flash each area three times, which adds on significant time. Definitely had a hard time fitting it into my busy schedule. 4. I had to take a break from the treatments due to significant life changes, so I fell out of the 1-year warranty. Still have 582k flashes left out of the initial 600k, and it no longer flashes. **That means I only got the product to work 3% of what it should have. ** PRO: Customer service had same day responses OVERALL: WASTE OF MONEY
