I was more disappointed with the customer service rather than the product. I ordered it December 13 and the ship date was the 18th. Three day later I get an email saying that they couldn't even give me an estimate of when it would be shipped, and I emailed asking them to cancel the order and a refund. They offered me $10 back, that I never got. I started receiving emails from them asking how I like it and if I wanted to subscribe to something?.?.? I replied again I haven't gotten it and wanted to cancel. I received the normal "I'm sorry for the delay..." Now that I have it, I don't like it and can't really see any difference. I will be returning it.
