I've only had this for about 2 weeks now but I find it easy to use and truly painless. The only discomfort so far has been at the highest level and that is only a short twinge/zap. Nothing close to unbearable (like a dermatologist laser can be); especially if it works! It's too soon to tell how well it works but I'm optimistic. If it lessens the need to shave at all, even if not permanently, I'll be happy. Because I am using on entire legs, it's takes about 20 minutes, but that doesn't seem unreasonable to me. I am going over each area twice as recommended and going slowly to make sure all area is covered.
