I believe it is working, but I must state, it took a while before I started to use the unit as I was waiting for IPL laser glasses to protect my eyes. Not that I’m staring at the unit as I’m using it. But I want to be safe. I would benefit from a schedule to tell me when I should laser my hair but I don’t want to pay for Noods app. I believe that technology should be free given that we spent a good chunk of change in purchasing the unit. Aside from the expense for the tracker app and the expense for protective glasses, the unit performs as it says it will. Just haven’t used it long enough to say if it’s making an impact.
