I ordered the product in February from their Canadian website and never received it. Their customer service has been absolutely horrible: all by email, and all telling me that the product is on it’s way to me when it’s been stuck at the same storage facility for months from the tracking information. I had big hopes for this product and I’m disappointed I probably won’t ever get to try it after doing all this research before deciding on this brand.
