I am just starting the process of using the Nood. So I’m not sure exactly sure how it’s going to work yet. But I have been very impressed with their customer service as I had accidentally put the wrong address for my item to be shipped to. And there would be no way for me to get it at the old address. Needless to say, I was panicked a bit. I immediately emailed customer service and almost immediately they responded back and told me they would fix the problem. And they did and my Nood Arrived at the right address. Thank you!!
