I ordered and paid for 2 puddle pumps to be delivered pre 9.30 (an extra £40) they did not arrive and when I ring I was informed that my application for an account was been processed. I noted that I had paid via credit card and nobody explained about the application process. Subsequently I had to pay 2 electricians on site and organise for a return visit. Circa £800.00 cost to my business. Very poor communication
