I ordered a 3 meter angle iron from Metals4u and, unfortunately, this business uses Tuffnells as their courier. After collecting, Tuffnells promptly lost the item (or their driver might have stolen it). But nobody bothered to tell me there was a problem and Tuffnells promptly forgot about it. Tuffnells customer services are terrible. You are directed to call the depot, but nobody ever picks up the phone. It took several emails and a phonecall to the supplier to find out that Tuffnells lost my order. Had I not started looking into this, I could have waited indefinitely. They have an email address where you can send complaints. This is advertised on their website. But after sending a complaint, you receive an autoreply telling you this email is not monitored.
