Save yourself a whole heap of stress and anxiety and order from companies that use anyone but Tuffnells for their deliveries.. First time Tuffnells have been used to deliver a 2 metre long heavy package to me and they lost it with in 3 days. Now I'm stuffed for my job at the beginning of January, as everyone is closing for Xmas and the company I purchased from have already closed and won't be open again until 4th January, which is after my job will have finished, so will get no help from them. USELESS!!!!!!!! GGGGGRRRRRRR!!!!!!
