They refuse to speak to you as a recipient of "missing" mail. They insist it was delivered yet provide no proof, and refuse to give out names of any staff to direct a complaint to. Original complaint email just ignored. Obviously this is countrywide problem - large "metal"/car? deliveries regularly go missing. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. We've lost £100 and the seller just said, tough, they say it's delivered, as did Ebay.
