An absolutely terrible company to deal with. Have been waiting for 3 big deliveries from different suppliers to arrive. Have now been told that they will not deliver because of restricted delivery hours due to pedestrianised area (pedetrianised for over 8 years!). There is a service road which allows loading and unloading all day - 15 metres from our premises. Nobody at Tuffnells will sort this problem out, we just go round in circles.
