Absolute disgusting customer service Absolute disgusting customer service. They sent half my order, didn't give me any tracking, after 4 phone calls they eventually delivered the rest of my order 7 days later. And then the driver doesn't ring my buzzer and dumps a 4.5m carpet at the bottom of my stairs and leaves it there. I am 5 ft 3 and it's 25kg. It's now trapped on my stair also a fire risk and they didn't even bother to ring my door. I would have happily helped the guy get it up the 1 flight of stairs. But no instead he dumps it in my stair a buggers off with zero compassionate or customer service. The worst courier service I have ever used. Do not trust these people they have zero respect and zero morals
