I'm supposed to have a desk chair being delivered through them (Originally Royal Mail, but due to a COVID outbreak at their Ipswich depot the sender opted to use Tuffnels instead), but after it sitting at the delivery depot for two weeks, I've just phoned them to be informed that my chair has been returned to sender. Neither myself nor the sender were informed, apparently this is a frequent issue with Tuffnels. Customer support were very unhelpful, telling me it was my responsibility to inform the sender. The chair is now a month later than originally planned, with no delivery in sight. Beyond useless, avoid like the plague.
