We are a medical clinic and have been having our medical supplies delivered by Tuffnells. Today the delivery was left in the hall of the building, not delivered to the clinic. They followed a patient in through the door, didn't even acknowledge that the delivery had been made. I phoned galleon supplies complaining about the situation and they said that a manager would call back to discuss. Still waiting, but more importantly, how the hell am I going to get the delivery into the Medical clinic. What a bunch of useless, inconsiderate drivers. No more orders through Galleon supplies if this who they use for delivery.
