Hands down the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They didn't collect our parcel on the agreed day of collection and then cancelled our service all together. Everyone involved was extremely unhelpful throughout the process and I was even told that they couldn't disclose the information when I asked if my parcel was going to be collected at all!
Save yourself the grief and spend your money elsewhere.
