Eventually got through to a guy in local depot who denied all knowledge of my parcel despite me quoting correctly all numbers of despatch order etc and the Tufnells website track and trace saying it had been consigned. Tufnells told me to refer to Sender. I did and a woman there told me that Tufnells had not updated their system and that she had that day been inundated with enquiries similar to mine. One day of my life wasted - I do not forgive the company, still less do I forgive the lying git at Tuffnells who i spoke with. In future I shall never do business with a company that uses Tufnells, and as for them...
