I called up, sat on hold for 20 minutes listening to the same repeated message to speak to some dim-witted woman who said she couldn't track or do anything because I wasn't the account holder. Well, you've been emailing me every day for three days to say you'll deliver something. I'm not sure what difference it makes whether the account holder calls you or not.
Why you'd choose to behave like that I have no idea - no other delivery company needs to. And get some call centre staff who have some customer service skills.
