Tuffnells is negligent, has failed to deliver my purchase a put my personal data (name, address and email) at risk in the hands of a stranger who signed for my parcel. Tuffnells did not check any identification or even ask the recipient to state the name on the parcel. This is a serious breach of my right to data protection and other consumers should be concerned too that this company operates in such a negligent and reckless manner. Not only have I not received my parcel, but my personal data is now at risk which can lead to fraud or dentity theft or both! Seems like a very heavy price for me to pay for a loft ladder!
