We booked the Jewel Palm Beach DP for Feb 2025.
As a researcher, I found out that it has been sold and closed down. I informed TUI who knew NOTHING!!
Surely, the reps out there knew?
This holiday was for our honeymoon. TUI have refused to update us, using the Holiday Change dept as an excuse.
We can't change our hotel because we will be charged for it!! Apparently, we would be breaking their T's and C's. Really, what about their contract to supply a holiday? What a joke!!!
THERE IS NO HOTEL TO CHANGE!!
