Emma was fantastic 5/5. Turtle Tots as a business not so great. The only reason that I have left Turtle Tots is because our class time, location and teacher was changed without even asking if that would work for us and there was no attempt to offer better alternatives or keep us as clients when I said I was going to leave. I am now paying another company to go to the same location at a more suitable time for my daughters swimming lessons and Turtle Tots has lost a client when "we rely heavily on parents and carers recommending our lessons to others, and this is more important than ever at the moment".
