Please do not trust this website. I am a tutor, and provided the first 2-weeks of tutoring with a student for free, as is Tutoroo's policy. However, when my student decided not to continue, I did not receive the partial refund that Tutoroo is supposed to give. The support team alleged they had processed my payment on March 15th 2024 and that it would take 1-45 days to process. I am still waiting (30 May 2024), and all I have received from the support team is excuses on why I have not been given my refund.
I would not have given my services for free, if I knew I was not going to be given a partial refund as they stated they would provide.
Looking online, I see similar things have happened to other tutors and students.
