I found Tutoroo through an advert for teachers in my home city and paid in advance for lessons. I quickly found out there was only one tutor teaching my language of choice in my city and they weren’t available. I asked if I could have a refund within a few days of my purchase as the service I requested wasn’t available. Tutoroo refused a refund and then stopped responding to me because online lessons were available to me, despite this not being the service that I was looking for.
Disappointing that the company would advertise a service and then refuse to provide a refund when it wasn’t available.
