I was a bit dubious to try but really glad I've given it a go they are excellent with quick delivery too.
I purchased a starter pack to try out the shakes and gels and they taste great and help with muscle repair afterblongvruns and effort sessions.
They are all really easy to drink and I'm not a fan of milkshake type drinks and the gels palatable too.
