This review is on my personal experience with customer service not an actual item.I decided to order tables after reading so many positive reviews. Unfortunately 2 weeks later I still didn’t receive it. Contacted them twice but no one replied, I only received emails with instructions how to make a payment but after that nothing. I emailed again, saying that I have no choice only leave negative feedback. Immediately I had a reply ‘we emailed you many times, did you bother to check spam folder?’ Not very professional customer service approach. After many emails there and back I was promised my order will be shipped the next day. I finally received, thank you, but unfortunately I can’t give 5 stars. Perhaps I was just unlucky that my order was lost but my complaint should be dealt with a professional manner.
