Bought several tea towels from Ulster Weavers as I was tired of the small supermarket ones which frayed and shrunk in the wash. I already had an Ulster Weavers one which lasted much better, so I decided that was what I was going to buy from now on.
Two of the tea towels when washed had a very small flaw in the dye where they had been folded. Most people wouldn't have noticed, but I look at them closely - because they are so pretty! I returned them and they were replaced the same week! Since then the replacements have been washed with no problems.
