I was very happy in my dealings with Ulster Weavers. I do not have a business and my order was a small one.I emailed them looking for a particular product which was not on their website. I received a reply that they did not have the product in stock but would contact me when in stock, which they duly did. I ordered and received my order within a few days. No order too small!! Excellent service.
