I ordered 2 pairs of oven gauntlets. When they arrived one pair was fine but the other pair were clearly either badly cut or badly put together because they were uncomfortable and felt tight and small. I was not offered the option of exchange for a different pair. At my own expense I returned the unsatisfactory pair, together with proof of purchase. It took over a month to receive a refund, which did not include the cost of postage. It was obvious that UW did not accept that the gauntlets were faulty and I do not believe that anyone examined them to see. Altogether very disappointing.
