A recent Amazon Order originating in Ireland ( ulster Weavers items) cost $14 to ship using postal services. Through your company the postal Charge (courier service) was close to $60 plus another $30 plus UPS brokerage fess and duties. My order from you was less expensive than what I ordered on Amazon. A difference of close to $80 total shipping cost is outrageous. Items less than $100 arriving in Canada have no duty charged as evident in my order from Amazon. Not so through UPS. Love the quality of your merchandise but would be reluctant to buy directly from you in the future.
