Jumper arrived smelling awful with a black stain and hairs on it. I contacted Holly at customer services asking for a return label and explaining I didn’t have a printer so she sent a label that needed printing. I have contacted her twice now to explain I can’t print it and no reply! Terrible quality and terrible customer service.
