DO NOT BUY FROM UNIKCLOTHING! Terrible customer service and even worse quality! I had a terrible experience with UnikClothing. I understand it's a small, independent brand, but I’ve shopped from many similar brands, and the difference is shocking. First, I ordered a t-shirt and a hoodie online. Not only did they arrive three days later than promised on their website, but despite following their size guide, the clothes were enormous. And I like oversized clothing, but this was just ridiculous. To make things worse, I live in Dubai, and I had to pay customs fees that they never mention on their site. When I tried to return the items and asked for help with the return shipping, they claimed that because they're an independent brand, they don’t offer returns. Even when I offered to handle the shipping myself, they ignored my requests for information. But without a doubt, the worst part is the quality of the clothing. The fabric is so rough that it actually itches, and it’s hard to believe a hoodie and a t-shirt could feel this uncomfortable. This has been one of the worst brands I’ve ever come across, both in terms of quality and customer service. Absolutely disgraceful!
