The worst customer service you will ever encounter. The delivery driver delivered my parcel to the wrong address, the photos of the lobby were not of my apartment building. The delivery carrier provided a letter attesting to the fact that the package was lost and UNIK still refused to provide me with a refund. Avoid this company at all costs.
