I am VERY dissatisfied. You have deducted the money for the item from my account on 3.3.25. I still have not received the item and I am not getting any help from you, even though I have repeatedly written to you by email. The transport company you use, ProCarrier, has had the package since 4.3.25. They also get SUCH bad reviews on Trustpilot. If I had known that you used such a dubious transport company, I would definitely not have ordered items from you. I can't say anything positive. It has/is a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!
