Oomi did an excellent job of organising and executing our perfect honeymoon trip to Japan. We explained when and where we wanted to go and they quickly arranged a full plan and breakdown of costs and tweaked it to our budget when we asked. The app & pre departure guide was such an excellent tool and we used it throughout our trip. Oomi was on hand throughout the trip with the emergency number which was very reassuring. All the activities planned and tour guides they chose were excellent and it really helped us make the most of our time in Japan. They even left a small gift for us at our final hotel which was so thoughtful & kind. I would 100% recommend Oomi to anyone wanting to visit Japan.
