The rates for creators are astronomically low. I have worked with other content platforms where I receive payouts of an average of £100.00 per video. I also think to protect creators work-life balance there should be customisable settings for work days, or turnaround dates on content. When I have a few collaborations on the go I end up working 7 days a week to avoid the automated deadline emails and threats to pause my account. There's been times I've rushed to get the content in for the deadline and then been waiting days for it to be approved by the brand anyway. Would love to see some changes come to the platform that shows some care for creators.
