This online process was very disappointing. I started the process in March 2022 and on September 1st I received the final paperwork requiring that I get my spouse's signature and I file the paperwork with the court, even though I had paid to have the company do all of that. The fact that it took 6 months to complete this process is unforgivable. I had to call at every step to see why it was taking so long and each time was told they had 10-15 business days to complete their review. That is 2-3 WEEKS for every step. My paperwork got 'stuck' in shipping TWICE! I requested a call from a supervisor 3 times and never got a call back. I am very angry that I went this route, it was not worth the money to me. There is no reason for this process to take so long, and why are they still using mail instead of a secure portal and Docu-sign! Don't use this system, go to a lawyer or mediation! Save yourself the additional pain, head-ache and heart-ache!
