Ordered the VAHA X Have been waiting patiently for a delivery date, to then receive an email saying it will be cancelled as I’ve not contacted the delivery team ‘Rhenus Home Delivery Ltd’ To whom are appalling as they had not contacted me what do ever, so a few more emails from vaha, I was then finally given a delivery date, a time slot BUT guess what I’ve taken the day off work for this! for them to ‘NOT SHOW UP’ so again calls made from me to both companies to whom can’t give me any information as to when I may receive my VAHA X All I have is I’m sorry! Sorry won’t deliver my item, sorry won’t give me my day off work back, sorry won’t help with the call, emails, inconvenience of my time! Also to try and speak to anyone in a higher position is impossible, they are busy, they are in a meeting blah blah etc If you order from these good luck!! Unless your famous or in the limelight with a million followers and getting one for free off course!!
