Normally I have no problems with orders. Unfortunately this was not the case with my last order. Arrived quickly as usual but not the items that I had ordered. Contacted them, and 5 days later I'm still waiting to have my items replaced. Robert at customer services sorted the problem out & rectified it to my satisfaction.
