I had the best experience from start to finish. Between Mary, the concierge, Irfaan, the guide and the bike I was renting it was a perfect experience. Everyone was very nice, experienced and accommodating. Using VeloGuide enabled me to get on a road bike in a city I had never been to before, with an experienced guide who was proud showing me the beauty of his country. 5 Stars for sure.
