Be aware!!! final product could be 2-5 centimetre incorrect in size and they confirm this is acceptable!!!! Deserve 0 star not even 1. My big mistake didn’t read the review before placing an order. 2 A1 Dibond panel arrived damaged with incorrect dimensions. They refused to send the replacement and this is what their response. We have carefully reviewed the photos you provided and did not identify any significant issues that would warrant a free replacement or refund. The edge imperfection appears to be very minor and would not be visible from the standard viewing distance of 2 meters, which is typical for products produced using large-format printing. apart from this minor issue the panel has been printed perfectly and is suitable for the intended purpose. Regarding the size concern, we noted a variance of only 1 cm, which falls within acceptable tolerance. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, which were agreed to at the time of purchase: “Every care is taken to ensure that we prepare all products to the exact size ordered; however, there may be a 2–5 cm variance in the final finished product which will be considered normal.”
