Well firstly they stock D'usse vsop,which if one of my favourites.Shame they don't stock Hermitage 10 yr old.
The website is easy,and haven't had to use customer service ,but sure there spot on.I use Master of Malt as well.With VIP,The delivery options are tricky as not option for delivery firm to leave in safe space.Master of Malt have that option,which makes a life a whole lot easier when you work during day. But it does not stop me using VIP.
