**Unable to Return Item Bought from VITKAC Online** I purchased a handbag from VITKAC online because it was slightly cheaper than at other stores. However, the experience has been far from worth the savings. I've had to waste time on emails and dealing with the headache of their return process. The handbag had a stitching issue, so I returned it. However, VITKAC claimed that a tag was missing from the return. I'm certain that the mentioned tag was never delivered to me. Unfortunately, I didn't film the unboxing, so I have no proof. Despite many emails, they refused to check their CCTV footage from when the bag was packed. Now, I'm stuck waiting for them to return a bag with a quality issue back to me. This has been a very unpleasant shopping experience with VITKAC.
