I bought 9 pairs of boots during a sale. I kept 6 out of 9. The return was sent exactly as per instructions using their own return labels. It has been weeks since they have been returned. No refund. Numerous emails have been sent. Answers are non responsive. now have to do Amex chargeback and figure out how much I am owed. It is unfortunate this store operates like this. Unless you live in Poland I would NOT EVER buy anything from this store. there is nobody in customer service
