Let’s be brief. Picked up a lease car and for the next month hassled me for £3k which wasn’t outstanding. Latest problem. Car has to go in for an investigation due to it letting in water. It’s only three months old. I asked what I was supposed to to to get around. Answer, catch a bus. They’re having a laugh. Due to leasing I don’t actually own the vehicle. So I’m effectively paying them for nothing for the next week while I wait for my car to go in. You can’t make it up. Trying renting a flat then being told you can’t live in it for a week. Or get a hotel at your own expense. Same thing. Wish I’d read reviews before I took the car. As much use as a chocolate teapot.
