I applied for an account and they said it would take up to 48hrs to verify my details. Four days later I am non the wiser. I called up after 2 days and the lady said she would send a chaser email, still nothing.
Yet they have the cheek to send me notifications as if I had become their customer. I just tried to call to ask to withdraw my application as I do not want to deal with such unprofessional start up companies that cannot get the basics right! No surprises, no one can answer the phone. What a waste of my time it has been! Looking elsewhere now.
