Shop floor supervisors at Capitol Way generally rude, arrogant condescending (to customers and till staff alike)
Are they really taught to routinely devalue customers / talk 'at' them like dirt? Their attitude is terrible.
No customers = no job.
They charge premium prices and treat customers with contempt.
Of all the places I shop Waitrose is by far the worst when it comes to customer treatment. Disgusted
