Unfortunately the first strap sent was a mismatched 18mm and 19mm "set" but full credit to WatchGecko support this was remedied promptly and a matched strap sent straight out. We all accept that things do go wrong occasionally and I think the real measure of organizations/businesses is how they respond when things do go wrong. Obviously you hope nothing goes wrong but with online businesses there is always the dread that the support process will be painful. But in this respect WatchGecko's response was was prompt and entirely appropriate and so I have even more confidence in recommending WatchGecko than prior to that mishap.
