We ordered waterfilters on 7 Novemger. You promptly filled and shipped our order via FedEx. unfortunately, as of Monday Dec 2 FedEx still had not managed to deliver the order. When tracking it the history showed it left Troutdale Oregon on Nov 20 enroute to Central Point. We checked PO before leaving town on the 2nd of December and they still had not received it. We are hoping it will be there when we return on Friday Dec 6. FedEx was less than helpful when I attempted to track the package. All I could learn that it had left Troutdale on Nov 20 enroute to Central Point. It should not take that long to travel 284 miles. I am not disatisfied with your service but only wanted to let you know regarding the inability of FedEx to deliver in a timely manner.
