The ordering process was straightforward and clear. However, the order acknowledgement/receipt did not identify what I had purchased, what I paid for it, and if and how I could track the shipment. These are all important elements of online sales. Eventually I was able to reach a representative who informed me that the package was out for delivery that day, thus revealing that you had access to that information. Sure enough the package was delivered later that day in excellent condition, although I have no idea who delivered it. Then the frequent requests for a review began, even before I had opened the box, much less actually installed one of the filters. That was easy, BTW. This would be a 5 star review if the above annoyances had not occurred.
