Very happy with them. Originally bought a reverse osmosis system which we've had for almost a year and a half and absolutely love it and would recommend them completely. So much easier to use with the smaller design than the other systems with backup water containers. Have changed filters one already and it was a breeze. Liked it so much, was eager to purchase the waterdrop electric pitcher for our rv use, when I got the email showing this brand new system.
