Product was easy to install. I paid for the expediated delivery and recieved the product weeks later. I had to reach out to customer service to find out what was going on. I was told they were out of stock, yet said it was in stock online. It eventually shipped. Purchased an extra filter and that came in a separate delivery, again weeks later. Customer service response was within 24 hours which I felt was adequate. They did not address my concerns/requests in two seperate messages. Eventually, I recieved the extra I paid for delivery back after complaining, however the tax I paid for the faster service was not returned and company kept. Now to the product, it appears solid and family happy with the now filtered water. I feel this was a better purchase then the more expensive brand names. I hope the filters remain the same in the future and I can purchase them when needing replacing.
